Dr. Brems is a board-certified and fellowship-trained Reproductive Urologist. He serves as the Regional Medical Director for the West. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame before attending medical school at Georgetown University. He completed his urology residency at Georgetown and Washington Hospital Center where he won the Clinic Award as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship at the University of North Carolina specializing in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Brems has expertise in microscopic surgery for vasectomy reversals, varicocele repairs, and sperm extraction techniques for couples seeking fertility treatments. He enjoys working with couples to help them meet their personalized goals.
Dr. Brems is a member of the American Urological Association and American Society for Reproductive Medicine. He is a former college lacrosse player and enjoys hiking and spending time with his large family and Goldendoodle puppy. He is an avid sports fan and follows Formula 1 racing as well as his favorite teams–the Washington Capitals and Baltimore Ravens.
