Natalie Marotta brings nearly a decade of digital healthcare experience across the provider, payer, and employer spaces. Prior to Posterity Health, Natalie led revenue cycle solution implementations at leading hospitals and health systems. She most recently served multiple roles at Teladoc Health, formerly Livongo Health, in implementation, solution strategy and sales. At Posterity Health, Natalie is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships. Natalie is effective at navigating uncharted territory, cross-functional problem solving and fostering genuine relationships. She is eager to apply the high-value care mindset, skills, and models she’s learned to help transform the status quo and modernize the fertility experience.

Natalie received her M.S. in Health Care Transformation from the University of Texas at Austin’s Value Institute for Health and Care, a joint venture between Dell Medical School and the McCombs School of Business.

Natalie’s personal passion is a holistic approach to health and wellness. She serves on the professional board of Common Threads, a nonprofit that embraces healthy cooking, eating, and living, as both a life choice and human right.
